Hello, 2021!

Hello and Happy New Year, friends! It's 2021, but doesn't feel much different from just 24 hours ago! It's a new year, though, and I like to look at 2021 as an opportunity to grow and be better. Rather than a reset, it's a continuation of my long-term goals and journey. A lot happened in 2020 (both good and bad) and I'm hoping that 2021 will be an auspicious year. Here are the goals and intentions I have for 2021: 

    • Spend more quality time and nurture love with family, friends, and my partner. 
    • Work on my fitness. Run 30 miles a month and rebuild my strength.
    • Become a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 
    • Move house and get my driver's license. 
    • Grow as a scientist and colleague.
    • Work on more creative projects: photography, music, drawing, journaling, blogging, etc.
    • Be present and live in the moment.
